Your whole event, in every visitor pocket.

One QR code opens a map of every stage and stand, what is playing right now, and a plan each visitor builds for themselves. No app to download, and it keeps working when the signal dies. We build it and run it during your event, and the audience it collects stays yours.

Festivals, city events, expos and conferences.

Why organisers keep it

Every edition grows a list that belongs to you.

Your event happens once a year, and every year you rent the same audience back from the platforms. This is the part that changes that. Visitors who save a plan opt in, and those addresses are yours, not ours. Year one you have a list. Year two you sell part of the tickets to it. Year three it is the channel and the ad budget is the smaller half. Everything else here is as good in year five as it is in year one. This is the only part that compounds.

The list, and it is yours

Visitors opt in to be reminded before the acts they starred, which is the moment they actually want to hear from you. Legally you are the controller and we are the processor, so the list is your asset and we delete on request.

A report after the event

Which acts were starred most, what people searched for and could not find, which venues pulled crowds and when.

Proof for sponsors

Counted pin impressions and taps, so a partner sees what their placement actually did.

No new tools for your team

You keep the schedule where you keep it now. We take it in whatever shape it is and run the updates during the event.

The old way

Good events, navigated badly.

The PDF timetable

Pinched and zoomed on a phone, out of date the moment a set time moves. Nobody reloads it.

Ten map links

A separate pin per venue, so a visitor standing on the street opens ten tabs to work out what is near them.

The changes nobody sees

A stage swap goes up on social, gets buried in the feed, and your info desk answers the same question all day.

The audience you never keep

Thousands of people attend, and next year you rent them back from the platforms because you never had their details.

Your programme is the product. Most visitors only ever see a fraction of it.

What visitors get

Seven things a paper map cannot do.

Every venue on one map

Stages, bars, entrances, toilets, parking and first aid as tappable pins. Tap one and the lineup for that day opens underneath.

What is on right now

The single question every visitor has. One tap shows what is playing across the whole site and how long is left.

A plan they build themselves

Star the acts you want. The app sorts them, warns you when two overlap and tells you if the walk between them will not fit.

Works when the network does not

Installs to the home screen and keeps the map and schedule cached. Peak crowd, dead signal, still open.

Live changes, pushed once

A delay or a stage swap updates on every phone at once, so the info desk stops repeating it.

Medical points and one tap directions

First aid, security and exits sit on the map like any other pin. One tap opens walking directions in Google Maps, so someone who needs help is sent the fastest way instead of asking a stranger.

Sponsor space that is worth selling

Branded pins, a partner strip and counted impressions. New inventory you can put in next season sponsorship deck.

Also for expos and conferences

Indoors, the same system runs your floor plan.

Booth numbers on a tappable plan, an exhibitor directory searchable by category, the seminar programme with what is on right now, and a visit list each attendee builds as they walk. It opens from one QR at the entrance, so it reaches the people who would never install an event app.

  • Every stand findable by name, number or category
  • Exhibitors get a page, and a premium pin if you sell one
  • Seminar schedule with a live now view
  • Feeds your existing visitor registration

How it works

Three steps, and you keep your workflow.

Send us what you have

The schedule in any shape, a venue list and a floor plan if you have one. A spreadsheet or a PDF is fine.

We build it

Your venues placed and checked, your schedule loaded, your colours and languages. You review it before anyone sees it.

One QR goes live

On posters, wristbands and the info desk. No app store, no download, it opens on the first scan.

Next step

See it on your own event.

Send us your schedule and venue list before the call and we will have your event on the map by the time we talk. Thirty minutes, and you will see exactly what your visitors would get.

Do visitors have to install an app?

No. It opens in the browser from a QR code or a link. Anyone who wants it permanently can add it to their home screen in one tap, which is also what makes it work offline.

What if the schedule changes during the event?

You message us and it updates on every phone at once. During your event we handle the changes, so nobody on your team learns a new tool on the busiest weekend of the year.

Our venues are spread across a town, not one field. Does that work?

That is the case it was built for. Visitors get a real street map with walking directions between venues, and the planner warns them when the walk will not fit between two sets.

We run an expo, not a festival. Can it do a floor plan?

Yes. The same system runs an indoor plan with booth numbers, an exhibitor directory searchable by category and the seminar programme. Visitors scan once at the entrance and find the stand they came for.

Who owns the data?

You do. Opt-ins, the report and everything collected belong to the event. We process it for you and delete it on request.

What do you need from us to start?

The schedule and the venue list. If you have a printed site map or a floor plan, send that too. Everything else is on us.
