Case studies

Real systems in production.

Not pilots, not demos. These are systems that run real businesses today, built by the operators who use them.

Bali retail brand

An ops platform and company brain for a retail brand operating in Bali. Staff check-ins, scheduling and daily operations run through one system, and the company’s knowledge lives in files the team can actually query. Live in production and used every day.

Investland Group

The systems that run a 40-person real estate group: follow-up, reporting and lead capture across sales and operations. At the centre is a CRM we built for the sales team and now run the business on, in place of the off-the-shelf tools it replaced. Enquiries from the project sites write straight into it, every lead has an owner and a next action, and the stages match how the team actually sells. This is where Luup comes from. We built these tools inside the business first, because we needed them ourselves.

Sanuuri Residence

The digital sales layer for a residences development in Sanur, Bali. The project site puts the whole development on one plan a buyer filters down to the unit type they want. Next to it, a virtual showroom: an overseas buyer stands in the living room, looks out at the pool and walks to the bedroom in a plain phone browser, before the first call. Both live, both selling units.

Element Residence

Two systems for an apartment development in Canggu. A masterplan the sales team opens mid-call, with every unit drawn on its floor plan and its status read from the sheet the team already keeps, so what a buyer sees is what is actually free and nobody edits a website to make that true. Alongside it, the full render set on the developer’s own domain, sorted by residence type, instead of living in a photographer’s sharing account.

Real Estate Video Machine

An AI pipeline that turns static listing photos into cinematic video. No camera crew, no shoot day: photos in, a finished film out. Built as a repeatable product for agents and developers whose listings sit dead on the portals.

Luup Content Machine

The content pipeline that runs this website. Every morning it researches the space, writes a blog post in our voice, runs it through hard SEO and quality gates, publishes it and drafts the social post to go with it. No writer, no scheduler, no agency. The same machine gets built for clients on their own accounts: content out, followers in, enquiries booked.
