Demo it on the call — we’ll let you talk to one of our live agents. We use latest-gen TTS (ElevenLabs / Cartesia) with brand-trained prosody. Most callers don’t notice. The 10% who do get an honest "I’m an AI assistant for [Brand], can I help?" and we route them to a human if they prefer.
What happens when the AI doesn’t know something?+
It says so. Hallucination is locked — the agent only speaks from your trained docs, scripts, and FAQ.
